Our Mission
For people of all ages who have a sweet tooth or a knack for gourmet baked goods, The Encinitas Bakery is a baked goods outfit that can provide you with all of your baked goods needs.
Our Story/Background
We are a kid-run, home based, baked goods outfit and we work hard to bring our love of baking to your home. We are 14 year olds that have been friends since elementary school and we wanted to create an alternative learning experience to Distance Learning during our quarantine. Through this process, we have learned entrepreneurial skills, teamwork, time management, cost analysis, customer relations, marketing and advertising, and most importantly problem solving skills. We also learned to bake and cook VERY well.
What We Do
We make fresh baked, gourmet goods for everyday occasions. Whether you need a midnight snack or hosting a large party with hungry guests, we've got you covered.
