2 chocolate chip cookies
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream (or flavor of choice) We use Trader Joe's 😋
1. Scoop ice cream onto the bottom cookie
2. Put top cookie on top
3. Pop in freezer for 15 minutes
4. Eat whole or cut and share with friends!
